BEFORE SCHOOL CARE

Morning Music
     What better way is there than to start your morning off with music and friends? Our Morning Music class is designed just for that!  Morning Music is offered to our Jr. Jams school aged students (Pre K - 5th grade).  Come sing some songs, grab a snack, and join the jam!

Class Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-9am
Morning Music provides bus transportation to PBE & EJR!
DAYTIME CLASSES
Musical Literacy
     Musical Literacy is designed to learn literacy through music.  During this class our students will sing songs together, read stories, learn letters, play games, and create their own songs.  Musical Literacy focuses on literacy which promotes language development, comprehension and creativity which promotes students’ cognitive development, and peer interaction which stimulates socio-emotional development.  Musical Literacy is offered to our Rockin’ Tots, Mini Maestros and Jr. Jams.  With so many benefits, it’s easy to see why so many love Musical Literacy!  

Musical Math
     Musical Math is uniquely designed to teach mathematical concepts such as rhythm, patterns, numbers, counting, addition, and subtraction through music and instruments.  Music makes math easy and fun for early learners giving them the confidence and foundations they need for their academic mathematical journey.  Musical Math is offered to our mini Maestros and Jr. Jams.  Come experience math come to life in our Musical Math class.

Musical Movement
     Musical Movement is the prefect class to promote gross motor development and a healthy physical lifestyle. Musical Movement is offered to our Rockin’ Tots and Mini Maestros students.  Come sing and dance the class way with our fun filled Musical Movement class.
          
Musical Science
     Musical Science is a fun class filled with discovery! In this class students will learn science and enjoy science experiments based around their favorite class songs and topics. Love topics like dinosaurs, oceans, and space? Why stop there? Sing songs about your favorite interest based topics and discover by digging fossils, making music instruments, playing with sensory bins, and space slime!  Musical Science is offered to our Mini Maestro students.    ​
FAMILY AND ME CLASSES
Rock-A-Bye Baby
     Rock-A-Bye Baby is a family & me based class for our Baby Rockers ages 6-12months.  Your baby will love sining songs, knee bounce rhymes, playing games and instruments, making friends, and bonding with you!  Rock-A-Bye Baby is the perfect first time class for both you and your little one.     

Baby Beethoven
     Similar to Rock-A-Bye Baby, Baby Beethoven is a family & me based class for students 12-24 months.  Baby Rockers and Rockin’ Tots will love singing, dancing, learning instruments, playing games, and arts and crafts in this joyful class.  Baby Beethoven is perfect for those looking for a fun class with your little one as they begin to become more independent and mobile.   

Tiny Tunes
     Tiny Tunes is The Musical Express’ signature class designed for our Rockin’ Tots and Mini Maestros, and is offered in a mixed aged family & me style classes. Discover your love for music in this developmentally stimulating class with social songs, instruments, games, creative arts, and fun for the whole family!  ​
